This is an excellent merchant. I ordered an item that was discontinued, and they called me both at home (no answer, but left a message) and at work (they found me) and e-mailed me. They offered me a good alternative, which I took. The goods I ordered arrived on time (expedited mail), which I needed for a trip. I recently placed an order with Navigator and made payment, only to be informed a day later the item was indefinitely out of stock. My payment was promptly and courteously refunded.

In the past, Ive dealt with several sellers (traditional and online) that have been slow to inform me an item was out of stock and even slower to issue a refund. In one case, it took nearly two months for a seller (name starts with S, rhymes with dears) to issue a refund.

So Navigators way of handling this was a pleasant surprise, even though I was dissapointed they didnt have the item. I wouldnt hesitate to place another order with this seller, and would certainly recommend them to others.

First of all I would like to say that for some reason all of the text on this survey page is extremely hard to read so this was difficult to fill out. I had a great experience shopping at this vendor for a personal travel bag.I spent quite a lot of time comparing products and looking at other sites. To be honest, there was a similar item at L.L.Bean that I was interested in - it was less money and it came in some beautiful color choices but I decided that the one at Navigator Enterprises had more of the features that I wanted. I was very happy to get a confirmation right away and I liked that they kept in touch as far as shipping and when I would receive it because I am always a little hesitant when shopping with a vendor I havent done business with before. It puts me at ease when they keep in touch and they are prompt about it. My only wishes are that the product would be available in colors and I wish it had a hook on it to hang it up in hotel bathrooms while traveling - but other than that - its everything I hoped.
